Wildrye Lavender Gin and Juice

2 oz Gin

1 Oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 Oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)

3 Dashes Lavender Bitters (optional)

3 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

  • Combine in snifter glass over ice, Stir. Garnish with lemon and orange.

Wildrye Bloody Mary

1 – 2 Oz Wildrye Premium Vodka

Top with your favorite Bloody Mary Mix as desired.

  • In a pint glass over ice add in vodka and bloody mix. Stir well. Garnish with a pickle, pepperoncini, pickled beet, and olive. Add in celery or beef stick if desired.

Passionfruit Hurricane

1 Oz Dark Rum

1 Oz Silver Rum

1 Oz Passionfruit Puree (optional: try any fruit)

1 Oz Simple Syrup

3/4 Oz Fresh Lime Juice

Swirl Grenadine or Cherry Juice

  • Mix all ingredients except grenadine in a shaker with Ice. Shake Well. Strain into collins glass, or hurricane glass over fresh ice, swirl grenadine on top. Garnish with cherry and lime and/or fresh fruit.

Kickin’ Ginger

  • 1.5 Oz Wildrye Premium Vodka
  • 1.75 Oz Ginger Shrub (see below)
  • ¼ Oz Fresh Lemon
  • Top with soda water

To prepare ginger shrub: add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, four large pieces fresh ginger to blender. Blend and strain.

Add ginger shrub and vodka to Collins glass filled with ice. Add lemon and top with soda. Stir gently and garnish with fresh or candied ginger.

Wild Mule

  • 1.5 Oz Wildrye Premium Vodka
  • ½ Lime Squeezed
  • Top with cock and bull ginger beer.

In a copper mug filled with ice add vodka and ginger beer. Squeeze ½ lime over top. Garnish with lime wedge.

Grapefruit Cosmo

  • 1.5 Oz Wildrye Premium Vodka
  • ¾ Oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • ½ Oz cranberry juice

Chill a cocktail glass with ice. In a shaker with ice add all ingredients and shake well. Empty chilling Ice from cocktail glass and strain in mixture. Garnish with an orange slice.

Coriander Old Fashioned

  • 2 Oz 5 Drops Bourbon
  • ¼ Oz Coriander Tincture
  • 2 Dashes Soda Water

Put Coriander into tumbler with Soda Water.  Add Ice.  Pour Bourbon on top.  Garnish with Orange Slice and Cherry.

The Vendome

  • 2 Oz 5 Drops Bourbon
  • ½ Oz Honey
  • 1 Oz Grapefruit Juice

STIR in Shaker.  Strain into Chilled Cocktail Glass.

Chocolate Cherry

  • 1.5 Oz 5 Drops Bourbon
  • ½ Oz Honey
  • ½ Oz Cherry Juice
  • 3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Cocktail Glass with Ice.  Stir. Garnish with Cherries.

Turkey Shoot

  • ½ Oz 5 Drops Bourbon
  • ½ Wildrye Apple Pie
  • 3 Dashes Apple Bitters
  • ½ -1 Oz Cinnamon Simple
  • ¼ – ½ Oz Lemon
  • Dash Cranberry Juice
  • Top with Soda Water

Garnish with Lemon Wedge and Cherry
