2.5 Oz Ramsdell’s Parrot White Beet Rum

½ Lime: Quartered

1 Tsp sugar (or ½ Oz simple syrup)


-drop lime quarters and sugar into glass. Squeeze with muddler, stir in sugar to dissolve. Add ice, followed by rum. Garnish with lime wedge.
