Gin Thyme

2 Oz Thyme Infused Boss Tweed Gin

½ Oz Honey Syrup

½ Oz Lemon

1 dash Angostura Bitters

 

  • Take one bottle gin and add 1 package ~ 1 Oz fresh thyme. Allow to soak for three days. Add gin, Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey and water dissolved), Fresh Lemon, and bitters. Stir and garnish with a Thyme sprig and lemon twist.
