Kickin’ Ginger

  • 1.5 Oz Wildrye Premium Vodka
  • 1.75 Oz Ginger Shrub (see below)
  • ¼ Oz Fresh Lemon
  • Top with soda water

To prepare ginger shrub: add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, four large pieces fresh ginger to blender. Blend and strain.

Add ginger shrub and vodka to Collins glass filled with ice. Add lemon and top with soda. Stir gently and garnish with fresh or candied ginger.
